Meet your counsellor, Natasha
A little bit about me…
but really, our time together is going to be all about you.
I became a counsellor because I hope to leave the world a little lighter than I found it. A big ask maybe, but I'm happy to try and if it starts with you, then we’re moving in the right direction.
When we meet my aim will be to get to know you. I want to see things from your perspective and help you in whatever way you need. I’ll be with you through this journey. No judgement, I’m human too. I fall, I get up, I cry, I laugh and I mess up: That’s okay.
I can help you with many experiences and struggles such as anxiety, depression, low self esteem, relationships, grief and loss (including pet loss).
My approach is person centred integrative counselling. I will provide you with a supportive environment where I hope you will feel valued and understood. This will help facilitate your personal growth.
As an integrative counsellor, I can draw on different therapeutic techniques. You are unique and my approach is tailored to your individual needs. All you need to do is turn up and I will help you with the rest.
Life can be hard, it can be trying and we all need to reach out sometimes.
